Growth in grace, wisdom, and character does not happen primarily in classes and instruction, through large gatherings or even solitude. Most often it happens through deep relationships and in communities where the implications of the gospel are worked out cognitively and worked in practically, in ways no other setting or venue can afford.

A Closer Look

Each roundtable meets once a month for two hours, with a minimum one-year commitment and a $300 per month investment. We are currently forming both men’s and women’s groups, each intentionally curated and limited to 12 members. Ignite Roundtables are made up of two powerful components. The first is the 7 F’s Mastermind, where participants grow together in seven key areas of life: Faith, Family, Fitness, Fun, Finance, Friends, and Firm (Work). In this setting, members are supported, challenged, and encouraged through intentional accountability, shared insights, and practical strategies.

The second component is Missional Leadership Training, where participants journey through the Missional Leader Certification by discovering God’s Epic Story and their unique role in it. Through this process, leaders are equipped to go all in as mission-driven leaders in their homes, communities, and workplaces.
