Drew Scholl
Drew Scholl is the founder and CEO of Leaders on Fire, with 25+ years of leadership experience in business and mission-driven environments.
A passionate advocate for Missional Leadership, he empowers others to lead with purpose and impact. As an author, speaker, musician, entrepreneur, and certified coach, Drew blends creativity, strategy, and heart in all he does.
Outside of work, he’s a husband, father of four, grandfather, and Ironman triathlete, always ready for an adventure in both business and life. His leadership is rooted in personal growth, discipline, and adventure.

Director of Coaching
Mark Mitchell, MA, CPC, ELI-MP
Mark Mitchell is a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), with advanced certifications in Executive & Leadership Development and Well-Being through iPEC. He brings more than 20 years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor into his work with individuals and organizations.
As our Director of Coaching, Mark equips executives, educators, and leadership teams to lead with emotional intelligence, resilience, and purpose. His work focuses on helping leaders raise self-awareness, shift energy, and develop healthy, high-performing cultures.
Drawing from a deep well of experience in trauma, interpersonal dynamics, and personal transformation, Mark coaches from the inside out—guiding leaders to lead themselves well so they can lead others well. Through one-on-one coaching, team development, and leadership training, he helps people thrive under pressure and make a meaningful impact.
Growing up in Hawaii, Mark is a lifelong lover of the ocean. He finds peace near water and joy in reggae music, family, and good conversation with friends.

Director of Client Experience
Laura Robertson
Laura brings two decades of leadership, ministry, and event planning experience to the Leaders On Fire team. She’s a gifted communicator, trusted advisor, and natural relationship builder who has served in roles ranging from Counseling Center Administrator to Women’s Ministries Coordinator. She focuses on delivering the highest possible customer experience to our Leaders On Fire clients and serves as a concierge for culture and people development.
Passionate about people, faith, and family, Laura finds deep joy in connecting others to God’s love in practical, life-changing ways. Outside of work, she’s most likely completing a Disney-themed puzzle, cheering on her boys at football games, or planning her next trip to Walt Disney World with a good pen and color-coded list in hand.

Director of Marketing
Kerry Devlin
Big on vision, bold with ideas, and powered by iced coffee, Kerry leads with both creativity and heart - helping Leaders On Fire reach the right people with the right message at the right time.
As Director of Marketing, she’s the driving force behind our brand voice and visibility, blending strategy with storytelling to spark growth and meaningful connection.
She’s passionate about creating content that actually matters—content that inspires action, reflects our mission, and makes leaders feel seen, equipped, and on fire for their purpose. For Kerry, it’s not just about marketing - it’s about sparking momentum that multiplies mission and moves people closer to their calling.

Administrative Assistant
Lauren Miller
Lauren brings a heart for people and a gift for organization to her role as Administrative Assistant. Alongside her work with Leaders On Fire, she also serves as a School Coordinator with United Way, where she focuses on increasing community involvement in schools and strengthening partnerships that make a real impact. She thrives on collaboration and loves being part of a team working toward shared goals.
In her role at Leaders On Fire, Lauren is excited to be the behind-the-scenes support that helps the team succeed; whether that’s keeping details organized, solving problems with creativity, or cheering others on. She is passionate about building authentic relationships and making sure others feel seen and supported.
Outside of work, Lauren is a wife and proud mom of three. She finds joy in music, movies, reading, and plenty of laughter with friends and family. She recharges outdoors, staying active and enjoying fresh air—most recently by learning the game of tennis!
