MEET OUR FOUNDER
Drew C. Scholl
Drew Scholl weaves together the diverse experiences of building and scaling businesses, serving overseas as a missionary, and pioneering innovative leadership platforms into a story that inspires leaders to live and lead missionally.
In February 2024, Drew released his book All In: A Revolutionary Call to Missional Leadership. Shortly after, he began building the Leaders On Fire (LoFi) platform—a scalable, magnetic ecosystem designed to transform the hearts of leaders. Later that year, he launched Leaders On Fire and assembled a team to bring the LoFi vision to the world.
A musician at heart, Drew is also a singer/songwriter who has produced multiple albums and recently launched Storytellers: Drew C. Scholl—a concert series where he interweaves music and story to inspire transformation.
Drew’s business career began on the front lines, helping launch a new division of his family’s enterprise, Wildman Business Group, eventually serving in various executive and operational roles over 20 years. Midway through, God called Drew and his wife, Bobbi, with their three children, to Papua New Guinea, where they served with Ethnos360 for three years, helping lead the global mobilization program Interface.
Returning to the family business, Drew carried a renewed vision to live out missions through business. Over the next decade, he served in leadership and ownership roles, integrating faith with business growth.
In 2023, Drew stepped away from the family business to focus fully on equipping leaders. He became a Certified Five Capitals Coach, a Licensed 7th Gen Consultant, and earned certification from Columbia Business School in Advising Complex Family Enterprises. These experiences now serve as the foundation of Leaders On Fire.
Drew lives in Warsaw, Indiana, with his wife of 25 years, Bobbi. Together, they have four children, two of whom are married, and they are joyfully grandparents to two granddaughters.
