A seasoned entrepreneur, certified coach, author, speaker, and musician, Drew is known for his ability to connect deeply with leaders across industries and backgrounds. He has guided executives, teams, and organizations through growth, change, and breakthrough by helping them align leadership with purpose, values, and mission.
Whether he’s facilitating a workshop, speaking on stage, or coaching one-on-one, Drew’s approach is rooted in authenticity, faith, and a fierce belief in the potential of people to lead with integrity and impact. Mark Mitchell
Mark brings over two decades of experience in the mental health and coaching field to his role as Director of Content and Coaching at Leaders On Fire. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and iPEC-trained Life and Leadership Coach, Mark is passionate about helping leaders unlock lasting transformation—from the inside out.
With a deep well of knowledge in both clinical and leadership development spaces, Mark is also a Certified Executive and Leadership COR.E Dynamics Specialist and a Gottman 7 Principles Leader. His approach integrates emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and practical leadership strategy to help leaders lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Mark is not only a seasoned coach and speaker but also a trusted voice in shaping Leaders On Fire’s coaching curriculum. His content is marked by depth, wisdom, and a heart for whole-person leadership.
